  123.             any of the software, key files or associated files in any way

  125.         C ) Granting licences, sub-licences, leases or any rights of any
  126.             kind of this software to others.
  127.         D ) Selling or giving away key files without proper notification to
  128.             Platinum Software Development.

  130.         Platinum Software Development grants you a licence to use this
  131.         software as long as you agree to meet, and continue to meet all
  132.         the above conditions. Any present or future violations of any of
  133.         the above conditions will result in the terminaion of your
  134.         licence to use this software. Upon termination for any reason,
  135.         you must immediately stop using this software, and destroy all
  136.         copies of the key files in your possession. Platinum Software
  137.         Development reserves the right to cancel your licence at any
  138.         time for any violations incured that may not be listed in this
  139.         documenation.

  141.         Cancelation of licence due to violation of agreement will forfit
  142.         your ability to use this product, and any or all fees paid to
  143.         use this product.
