  5. - This form is valid for versions listed below (and prior).
  6.   -- If you are attempting to register a later version, you must get an
  7.      updated form from any currently authorized Artware distribution site or
  8.      direct from either 2:443/888 (Ireland) or 2:281/527 (The Netherlands)
  9.      using the magic name; "VISAFORM".
  10.   -- Once registered, key(s) are valid for all future versions.

  12. - Registration prices:  TimEd v1.10     NetMgr v1.00.g2
  13.      Non-commercial  :    £18.00          £ 9.50
  14.      Commercial      :    £24.00          £16.00
  15.  
  16. - All charges will be based on UK Pounds only for Visa/Mastercard.
  17.   -- Currency exchange rates fluctuate daily, so actual end charges for
  18.      non-UK credit cards may be adjusted at any time!
  19.   -- Use of this form constitutes consent to a charge at exchange rates
  20.      in effect at time of actual processing by Snowman Enterprises
  21.      and/or banking systems involved.

  23. - Visa/Mastercard service is made possible through a distribution arrangement
  24.   with Snowman Enterprises of Omagh, Co. Tyrone Northern Ireland
  25.   -- Visa/Mastercard will be billed as/by "Snowman Enterprises".
  26.   -- There is no sales tax or VAT applicable, and no VAT receipt will
  27.      be provided. Please direct commercial enquiries directly to
  28.      Gerard van Essen (2:281/527).
  29.   -- Snowman Enterprises will not be held liable to you or anyone for
  30.      (but not limited to) any direct, indirect, incidental or
  31.      consequential damages, including any lost profits, lost savings
  32.      which may result from the use or inability to use this program.

  34.         constitutes your agreement to this license and disclaimer and
  35.         your release of Snoeman Enterprises from any form of liability or

  51.      (Routed netmail passes through several systems and may be viewed by
