  4.      {+} : Registered Version Only

  6.   Command Codes:
  7.  
  8.      [ ~ ] (tilde) Screen is cleared whenever this character
  9.            is encountered in the text.
  10.  
  11.   {+}[ ^ ] Cause's the given color to be in blinking mode.
  12.            Place directly after the color code you want to blink.
  13.  
  14.   {+}[ ` ] (Left apostrophe) Inserts code to disable aborting
  15.            with the 'S' key.
  16.  
  17.   {+}[/nn] Tells T2A to read the next character(s) (must be digit(s))
  18.            and write that number of PAUSE characters to the
  19.            file. The maximum value allowed for nn is 30, any value
  20.            greater will be forced to 30.
  21.            See the doc regarding the pause values.

  23.      [ % ] Waits for Enter key. Waits until user presses the ENTER
  24.            key. Allows you to type your own prompt in text. Put this
  25.            directly after the prompt, eg:   HIT YOUR ENTER KEY%

  27.      [ @ ] This is the critical code. When this code is encountered
  28.            the next three (3) characters are read as the color code
  29.            to be applied. It is IMPORTANT that the color code be entered
  30.            as a 3 digit number. So the codes shown here need to be
  31.            zero padded. So color 3 would be entered as @003 and color
  32.            21 would be entered as @021 and so forth. If the color to
  33.            be written is NOT zero padded to 3 digits, unpredictable
  34.            results will appear, more likely, T2A will abort with an
  35.            error message telling you the code is inncorrect!

  61.     Colors that are not of a good viewable combination have been left out.
  62.     Testing was done on both a CGA and a VGA color monitor. Numbering of
  63.     codes follows that of the Pascal Color Attribute convention. Numbers
  64.     1 through 127, less the poor quality combinations, for a total of
  65.     96 Foreground/Background color combinations.

  67.     NOTE: I have not used the numbers that were skipped, its possible they
  68.           may be added in at a later date. So you will see instances of the
  69.           code going from say 15 to 18.
