  1.   Version 1.01 of SisFmt is being released seperatly from RASIS,
  2.   with which it is normally shipped, becasue it is an update, which
  3.   allows the program to successfully format floppies when running
  4.   under WIN95.

  6.   WIN95 requires that a drive be LOCKED prior to doing any writing
  7.   to the boot and fat, this version implements that locking.
  8.  
  9.   Normally, the Legal Section of RASIS.DOC covers the legal aspects
  10.   of this program, but as it is a sperate release, I will provide a
  11.   a copy of the RASIS legal section, with an addendum.

  50.     This program may be used by those that do not run RASIS.  It is
  51.     designed to run either from the DOS prompt, or from within RASIS.
  52.     The only difference being that when run from RASIS, it does not
  53.     clear the screen.

  55.     SisFmt 1.01 may be distributed seperate from RASIS.  This version,
  56.     or a newer one, will be included in the next release of RASIS.
