  7.     SAPB is a program that reads a BBS logfile (currently works at least
  8.     for logfile generated by BBBS) and it then creates initially two
  9.     bulletin files (for example BULL10 for ASCII and BULL10.GR for ANSI).
  10.     The bulletin name is entered as a second command line parameter to
  11.     SAPB. There are currently thirteen to fifteen (13-15 ) different things
  12.     that are calculated, including:

  14.        ■ Total logins to BBS
  15.        ■ Total new users logged on
  16.        ■ Total time used by users
  17.        ■ Total Chats performed by users with SysOp
  18.        ■ Total messages entered by users
  19.        ■ Total messages read by users
  20.        ■ Total messages dumped by users
  21.        ■ Total file downloads performed
  22.        ■ Total file uploads performed
  23.        ■ Total doors opened
  24.        ■ Total QWK uploads
  25.        ■ Total QWK downloads
  26.        ■ Total HIPPO uploads

  28.    and if /C switch used it will also calculate total Russian roulette
  29.    wons and losts:

  32.        ■ Total Russian roulette lost

  35.    - Up to 100 names can be excluded from the final calculations. The names
  36.      can be stored in an external file, plain ASCII type.

  38.    - Finnish language bulletins are also made, both ANSI and ASCII types.
