  140.  Starting with release 2.01, the package will be send within 2 weeks
  141.  after the money is received. When cheques are used, they must be
  142.  cleared by the bank BEFORE I will start sending the package (this can
  143.  take up to 3 weeks, depending on the type of cheque). Eurocheques that
  144.  are valid (see later) do not have to be cleared first ! Also a slight
  145.  delay (in your favour) can occurr when I am finishing a new version.
  146.  In this case you will receive the newest version along with the key.

  149.  (1) Notes for (postal) money orders:

  151.  - Sometimes a postal money order will cost extra money, either at
  152.    your side or at my side. Add US$ 10,-- for the tranfer if this
  153.    is the case;

  156.  (2) Notes for euro/giro cheques:

  158.  - When you want to register this product and you are going to pay with
  159.    a so called EuroCheque than please do one of the following;
  160.  
  161.  - Calculate the amount of US $ into DUTCH currency (at the time of
  162.    this writing the US dollar will cost Hfl 1.65 in dutch money) and
  163.    write out the cheque in DUTCH (guldens/HFl) currency. Please check
  164.    out the local transfer rates for Dollars to Dutch money OR calculate
  165.    the amount of US $ into your OWN currency and write out the cheque
  166.    in your OWN currency;
  167.  
  168.  - When you are a non-USA customer, NEVER write an eurocheque in US$
  169.    currency, they will be returned to you because the tranfer from
  170.    US$ to local currency will cost more than a non-commercial
  171.    registration of RDS;
  172.  
  173.  - When you write out a Giro-cheque, always put the amount in LETTERS
  174.    on the back of the dutch giro-cheque (only DUTCH giro cheques are
  175.    allowed);
  176.  
  177.  - When you write out a Euro-cheque, always put the NUMBER on the back
  178.    of the cheque. When not supplied, I must return the cheque;
