  9. SK> automatically edit the door.sys in gap to reflect the correct com
  10. SK> port.... To get the program to work in GAP it appears necessary to
  11. SK> manually edit the door.sys or dorinfo#.def to reflect the correct com
  12. SK> port..... Also, if you try to run the door locally, you nead to set
  13. SK> up like a second node with com0..... so on mine dorinfo1.def is
  14. SK> edited to com2 and dorinfo2.def is edited to com0 and 2 separate
  15. SK> batch files and door numbers are created to call each...... hope that
  16. SK> made sense.... don't know if correct way to set it up, but it worked!

  19. Sharon, thanks a lot for the info on how you were able to get QRDB to
  20. run under GAP. I will place your message in the QRDB package. Hope it
  21. saves other GAP sysops from the setup problems you ran into.
