  1.                          QRDB General Help

  3. The List function can be used for Searches, example:
  4.  
  5.  If List in Phone Number Order is an available function and you want to
  6.  search for 408-335-4595, select the List in Phone Number Order function
  7.  and then when prompted "Input a Starting Point " enter 408-335-4595.
  8.  QRDB will start Listing records starting with 408-335-4595 if it
  9.  exists.

  11. The Browse function moves quickly thru a database
  12.  
  13.  Starting at your selected point as mentioned above, browse lists
  14.  records one to a line with as much info as will fit on a line. If you
  15.  see a record of interest you can view it by inputing the line number.

  17. Editing and Deleting records uses the browse pick list
  18.  
  19.  If you have Edit and Delete Access you will find that the Browse
  20.  function mentioned above is used for selecting records for Edit or
  21.  Delete. The reason is that multiple keys are allowed in this QRDB and
  22.  Browse gives you the info you need to select the record you want to
  23.  delete.
