  8.    11/07/91 Release 3.09 Corrects probelm within the SWITCH program
  9.         if using multinode system. Switch would change EVERYONE that
  10.         was using an alias back to REAL NAME instead of just the
  11.         user that was logging off. New Commandline parameter added to
  12.         the switch file (PCBOARD.SYS) file...SEE THE SWITCH.DOC for
  13.         details. This includes instructions for use of NITE-SW.exe

  15.    09/14/91 Release 3.08 Corrects problem of changing sysops name to
  16.         "SYSOP" if not using real name.

  18.    08/28/91 Release 3.07 Forgot to turn off sysops name change. Will
  19.         complete in next version. Fixed.

  21.    08/22/91 Release 3.06 Fixes communication problem if user was using
  22.         a 16650a uart chip. Correctly handles three part names. 
  23.         Corrects security problem if security level was above 127.

  26.         conference numbers over 255. This problem has existed all along
  27.         we just never had conferences over 255.

  30.         Messages Left. Incognito was reading the wrong place
  31.         in memory when rewriting the figures. Fixed!

  34.        changed back to original if users record was updated by
  35.         another means. Incognito now only accepts what security
  36.         level is passed to it by PCBoard.

  72.    07/18/90  Program 'SWITCH' now exists to supplement INCOGNITO. Switch
  73.          is a utility to run in a batch file to change all names back
  74.          to original names and security levels. Helps correct corrupted
  75.          users and users.inf files.

  78.          write the messages in. (Release 1.2)
