  13.   The following are some of the guidelines governing the rules regarding
  14.   applications for beta site/support/registration status.
  15.  
  16.   1) You will only be contacted if you are accepted as a beta site. If you
  17.      do not hear back from us, either your application hasn't been considered
  18.      as of yet, or for whatever reason your application hasn't been accepted.
  19.      Please do not contact us for a status check.
  20.  
  21.   2) We reserve the right to consider any application void for any reason.
  22.  
  23.   3) If accepted as a beta site, we reserve the right to terminate any site
  24.      as a beta site for any reason.
  25.  
  26.   4) All information on this form is to be filled out as completely as
  27.      possible. Any missing information can result in the application being
  28.      considered void.
  29.  
  30.   5) If any false statements are made on this application, the application
  31.      can/will be considered void.
  32.  
  33.   6) If accepted as a beta site, a signed agreement will exist between both
  34.      parties. If beta site refuses to sign agreement, or at some future date
  35.      violates agreement, site may not be granted beta site responsibilities/
  36.      responsibilities may be revoked.
  37.  
  38.   7) To be accepted as a beta site, the site in question must be running
  39.      at least one legitimately registered piece of Ice Technologies software
  40.      for a period of no less than two (2) months as of submission date of
  41.      this application.
  42.  
  43.   8) Site in question must have a valid FidoNET address.
  44.  
  45.   9) Completed applications must be sent to 1:259/912 via DIRECT crashmail,
  46.      and be renamed after the first four (6) letters of your lastname, and
  47.      your first initial.
  48.  
  49.      Eg. ICEBETA.APP -> LANDVO_J.APL
  50.  
  51.      Please pay special attention to file extension, any files with an
  52.      invalid extension will be considered void.
