  19.                          Added RIP graphic bulletins to this release.
  20.                          this involves adding an extra line to the CFG
  21.                          file.  If you wish to create RIP bulletins, put
  22.                          "RIP" on line 17.  Place an "N" if you do not.
  23.                          Line #17 *MUST* be added tot he CFG file for
  24.                          ClassAds to function.

  26.                          Modified some routines to speed them up a bit.
  27.                          Compiled with the latest DoorFrame release
  28.                          which supports the changes made to DOOR.SYS and
