  12. ATTENTION Registered WinCD user's: Your password will work
  13. with CD Wizzard, just enter your name exactly as you did in WinCD
  14. along with your old password into CD Wizzard.  WinCD is no longer
  15. supported by BFM Software, CD Wizzard is a complete replacement
  16. for WinCD.  Please contact us for further details.

  18. This software is shareware.  This software is NOT free.  If you like the 
  19. software and continue to use it, you MUST register the program.

  32. We are a member of the Compuserve Shareware Registration system.  You may
  33. register BFM Software products with Compuserve.  They will add the fee to your
  34. bill and we will send you the registration.  To access this system, logon to
  35. Compuserve and enter "GO SWREG".  Select Register Shareware.  Search for the
  36. keyword "BFM" to find all BFM Software products.  Then enter the information
  37. requested.  Please place your key in one of the extra fields.

  41. orders ONLY.

  43. Ask to register CD Wizzard product number 11282.  Please give name, address,
  44. key, and credit card information.  A disk with our latest software will also
  45. be shipped for an extra $4.00.

  47. PsL will add $20.95 plus $4.00 shipping, if a disc was sent, to your Credit
  48. Card bill.  BFM Software will send the registration by US Mail within a few
  49. days.
