  1. I. From the Statutes Menu, you may do one of three things:
  2.  
  3.         Display this Help screen
  4.         Select a statute to review
  5.         Go back to the Main Menu
  6.

  8. To Display the Help Screen you are reading now:
  9.  
  10.        Highlight the first item on the Statutes Menu, and
  11.        press the RETURN key.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move 
  12.        up and down, respectively, in the help text.  HOME 
  13.        (or LEFT ARROW) moves to the beginning of the text.  
  14.        END (or RIGHT ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  
  15.        PAGE UP and PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to 
  16.        the beginning and end, respectively, of the text.
  17.        Press ESCAPE to return to the Statutes Menu.

  20. To select a Statute:
  21.  
  22.        a. Use the cursor movement keys to highlight a statute 
  23.           name.  UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  24.           respectively, in the list.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW)
  25.           moves to the beginning of the list.  END (or RIGHT
  26.           ARROW) moves to the end of the list.

  28.        b. Press the RETURN key.  This will replace the Statutes
  29.           Menu with a Statute Window.

  32. To go back to the Main Menu:
  33.        Press the ESCAPE key.

  38. II. From a Statute window, you may do four things:
  39.  
  40.         Review the statute
  41.         Go back to the Statutes Menu
  42.         Go back to the Program Main Menu
  43.         Quit the program completely to DOS
  44.

  46. To Review a Statute:
  47.  
  48.         UP ARROW and DOWN ARROW move up and down, 
  49.         respectively, in the text.  HOME (or LEFT ARROW) 
  50.         moves to the beginning of the text.  END (or RIGHT 
  51.         ARROW) moves to the end of the text.  PAGE UP and 
  52.         PAGE DOWN move one screenful closer to the beginning
  53.         or end, respectively, of the text.

  56. To go back to the Statutes Menu:
  57.         Press the ESCAPE key.

  60. To go back to the Program Main Menu:
  61.         Press the M or m key.

  64. To quit the program completely to DOS:
  65.         Press the X or x key.
