  14. The @001 provides areas where users may transfer program files to 
  15. the BBS and receive program files from the BBS.

  18. Normally, programs are contributed by users. Accordingly, 
  19. programs are not "beta tested" and the description, which is 
  20. normally provided by the person contributing the file may be 
  21. inaccurate. Accordingly, programs may fail to operate due to 
  22. hardware/software interaction or programming decisions (sometimes 
  23. known as "bugs.")
