  4. Instructions for patching PowerBBS v4.00 to make it v4.01.
  5.  
  6. Copy BBSCOM2.DLL and BBSCOM3.DLL into your \windows\system directory
  7. (If you are using the TELNET/FTP options use BBSCOM2T.DLL and rename
  8.  it to BBSCOM2.DLL.  Then place that into your \windows\system directory)
  9.  
  10. Copy IN_OUT.EXE, SETBAUD.EXE, and CONFIG.EXE files into your \POWRBBS
  11. directory.
  12.  
  13. Now check your current POWRBBS.EXE file.
  14.  
  15. If the filesize is 974,336 bytes:
  16.  
  17.     Unzip BBS1.ZIP into your \PowrBBS directory.
  18.     From your \PowrBBS directory run PATCH.  (All you type is PATCH)

  21. If the filesize is 974,848 bytes:

  23.     Unzip BBS2.ZIP into your \PowrBBS directory.
