- .Add BBS
- Allows you to enter all the information so as to add it to the current
- listing. Your entry will be added according to the sort order that the
- data base is currently at.

- .Delete BBS
- Allows you to delete an entry in the data base if it is incorrect or no
- longer a valid listing. This option can only be used if you were the caller
- that originally entered the data.

- .Find/Search
- This is a quick way to locate an entry according to search criteria that
- is available when selecting this option.

- .Sort Data Base
- Allows you to sort the data by several field options. After sorting, the
- data will remain that way until someone chooses a different sort order.
- Everytime the List or Browse option is used, the data will be displayed
- according to the last sort order.

- .Browse
- By selecting this option you will be able to browse the entire data base
- one record at a time. This is a detailed view with one record per screen.

- .List
- This will produce a 'Quick List' with 6 entries per screen. Only the Name,
- Phone Number, Host Software, City, State and Date Entered is displayed. When
- you select this option you will have 4 options after each screen display.

- .Forward
- Advances to the next screen. Once the last screen is reached it will loop
- back to the first screen.

- .Back
- Displays previous screen until the first screen is reached.

- .Detailed
- This allows you to select any one of the entries on the current screen and
- get a detailed view of it. The same view that is used when selecting the
- Browse option from the Main Menu.

- .Quit
- This will return you to the Main Menu.

- .Edit BBS
- Allows you to edit any information within the entry. The data will be
- displayed with an option to select any field that you need to change. You
- will only be able to edit etries that you have entered into the data base.

- .Review Help
- Displays the file you are currently reading.

- .Quit
- Quit Board Base Pro! and return to the BBS.

- .-=FIND/SEARCH MENU=-

- The search menu allows you to search the data base for Entries according to
- six different methods. The search process uses a partial string search which
- means that you do not have to enter the entire search string. Example, if you
- were looking for a BBS called Digital Interface, you could just enter Digital
- or Digi, or Inter, etc.. This is true for each one of the six methods. The
- NEW search uses your last call date from the Host BBS.

- The Sort Menu allows you to re-order the record index. When you do a Quick
- List or Browse from the Main Menu, the data will be displayed according to
- the current sort method. The stat line at the top of the sceen displays the
- current sort order.

- .-=HELP VIEWER COMMANDS=-
- As a standard, our Windowed Help File Viewer will accept the following keys
- to navigate besides the ones listed on the bottem stat line. These commands
- can only be used if you are in the |Doorway Mode| from your terminal program.

- |PAGE UP| - Same as [P]revious - Moves up one page at a time.
- |PAGE DOWN| - Same as [N]ext - Moves down one page at a time.
- |CURSOR UP| - Same as Scroll [U]p - Moves up one line at a time.
- |CURSOR DOWN| - Same as Scroll [D]own - Moves down one line at a time.
- |HOME| - Same as [F]irst - Moves to the top of the help file.
- |END| - Same as [L]ast - Moves to the bottom of the help file.
- |ESC| - Same as e[X]it - Exits the help file viewer.
