  2. .-=MAIN MENU=-

  4. .Add BBS
  5.  Allows you to enter all the information so as to add it to the current 
  6.  listing. Your entry will be added according to the sort order that the 
  7.  data base is currently at.
  8.  
  9. .Delete BBS
  10.  Allows you to delete an entry in the data base if it is incorrect or no
  11.  longer a valid listing. This option can only be used if you were the caller
  12.  that originally entered the data.
  13.  
  14. .Find/Search
  15.  This is a quick way to locate an entry according to search criteria that
  16.  is available when selecting this option.
  17.  
  18. .Sort Data Base
  19.  Allows you to sort the data by several field options. After sorting, the 
  20.  data will remain that way until someone chooses a different sort order.
  21.  Everytime the List or Browse option is used, the data will be displayed
  22.  according to the last sort order.

  24. .Browse
  25.  By selecting this option you will be able to browse the entire data base
  26.  one record at a time. This is a detailed view with one record per screen.
  27.  
  28. .List
  29.  This will produce a 'Quick List' with 6 entries per screen. Only the Name,
  30.  Phone Number, Host Software, City, State and Date Entered is displayed. When
  31.  you select this option you will have 4 options after each screen display.

  33. .Forward
  34.   Advances to the next screen. Once the last screen is reached it will loop
  35.   back to the first screen.
  36.                     
  37. .Back
  38.   Displays previous screen until the first screen is reached.
  39.                     
  40. .Detailed
  41.   This allows you to select any one of the entries on the current screen and
  42.   get a detailed view of it. The same view that is used when selecting the
  43.   Browse option from the Main Menu.
  44.                            
  45. .Quit
  46.   This will return you to the Main Menu.
  47.  
  48. .Edit BBS
  49.  Allows you to edit any information within the entry. The data will be
  50.  displayed with an option to select any field that you need to change. You
  51.  will only be able to edit etries that you have entered into the data base.

  53. .Review Help
  54.  Displays the file you are currently reading.
  55.  
  56. .Quit
  57.  Quit Board Base Pro! and return to the BBS.

  60. .-=FIND/SEARCH MENU=-
  61.  
  62.  The search menu allows you to search the data base for Entries according to
  63.  six different methods. The search process uses a partial string search which
  64.  means that you do not have to enter the entire search string. Example, if you
  65.  were looking for a BBS called Digital Interface, you could just enter Digital
  66.  or Digi, or Inter, etc.. This is true for each one of the six methods. The 
  67.  NEW search uses your last call date from the Host BBS.

  72.  The Sort Menu allows you to re-order the record index. When you do a Quick 
  73.  List or Browse from the Main Menu, the data will be displayed according to
  74.  the current sort method. The stat line at the top of the sceen displays the
  75.  current sort order.

  78. .-=HELP VIEWER COMMANDS=-
  79. As a standard, our Windowed Help File Viewer will accept the following keys 
  80. to navigate besides the ones listed on the bottem stat line. These commands 
  81. can only be used if you are in the |Doorway Mode| from your terminal program.

  83. |PAGE UP| - Same as [P]revious - Moves up one page at a time.
  84. |PAGE DOWN| - Same as [N]ext - Moves down one page at a time.
  85. |CURSOR UP| - Same as Scroll [U]p - Moves up one line at a time. 
  86. |CURSOR DOWN| - Same as Scroll [D]own - Moves down one line at a time.
  87. |HOME| - Same as [F]irst - Moves to the top of the help file.
  88. |END| - Same as [L]ast - Moves to the bottom of the help file.
  89. |ESC| - Same as e[X]it - Exits the help file viewer.
