  1. A 'BUG' got loose in RASIS 2.02!

  3. Lars Wigrell reported that though Registered, he could not load
  4. the label setups, got the Registered Only message....
  5.  
  6. Sure enough, when I changed back from DELAY to LOCKOUT on some features,
  7. I had left a portion of the code commented out, resulting in the boo-boo.

  9. This one will work properly.
