- PROGRAM:
- MIX - MIX pages together into book signature order.
- USAGE:
- MIX [<fid] [-Ln] [-Nn] [>fid]
- FUNCTION:

- This accepts a list of file names from the standard input.
- File names may not be wildcarded. Each file is assumed to be
- a page of text. The pages are output in book signature order.
- Partial pages and missing pages are filled out with blank lines.

- Input file names which begin with a $ (i.e. $SPLIT$) are deleted
- as they are used.
-
- -Nn is the number of pages in the signature. This must be at
- least 4 and must be a multiple of 4.

- -Ln is the page length.
