  6. CPK v2.6 is a molecular rendering program capable of rendering space filling,
  7. wireframe and ball and stick molecular models.  This version
  8. provides atomic file conversion programs, an interface to the POV-Ray 
  9. ray tracing program, and some interactive molecular manipulation capabilities.

  22.     - Ability to read standard Brookhaven data bank files
  23.     - Correct handling of intersecting atomic spheres
  24.     - Ability to save IFF files for a particular rendering
  25.     - Ability to create a series of images which may be combined
  26.       into animations with normal Amiga paint programs
  27.     - AGA and Picasso II compatibility
  28.     - An ARexx interface with full command set
  29.     - Asynchronous file I/O for quick reads
  30.     - Interface to POV-Ray with a variety of rendering options.
  31.     - AmigaGuide and Texinfo documentation
  32.     - Interactive molecular manipulation in 'vector' mode.
  33.     - Ball and line rendering for very fast image creation.
  34.     - Z axis molecular clipping

  36. To get the best performance from POV-Ray, I recommend getting my
  37. upgrade to this program.  The archive should be on Aminet, and is
  38. named povami_picasso.lha.  This version was created from V2.0 of POV-Ray
  39. and provides direct 24 bit Picasso II support as well as some enhancements
  40. for use with CPK.

  42. CPK requires V3.x of AmigaDOS as well as Nico Francois' reqtools.library.
