  7. This program allows you to test disks without having to format them. The
  8. program does not do a read/write test, but allows you to listen to the
  9. disk when it rotates in the drive (and scratches against the disk heads).

  11. I wrote this program when I found out that 8 of 10 disks from a Swedish
  12. disk distributor (no names, but the company's name begins with 'C', ends
  13. with 'g' and have 'omputer Tradin' somewhere inside it) was unusable for
  14. anything important.
