Transcription: Email uses an address book to save addresses, just like bookmarks are used to store URLs or addresses in other Internet services. The address book is where you go to save somebody's address so you can easily send them email later on. To add someone's name to your address book, go up to the Window menu and select Address Book. Your address book is displayed. Go up to Item and select Add User. Enter an easy to remember nickname, the person's real name, the email address, and description of the person, such as job title.
