  28. 2.                        Installing The Patch
  29.  
  30. In order for the patch to execute properly, you must have Zephyr already 
  31. installed on your hard drive.  Copy zepup11.exe to your Zephyr directory.  
  32. Type 'zepup11'.  4 files should decpompress,  patch.exe, patch.rtp, readme.bat &
  33. zephyr.txt.  Type 'patch' to update your version.  You're ready to go!

  39. 3.                      New and Exciting Features
  40.  
  41.         Muti-Player
  42.  
  43. Up to six players can play on a network using the IPX protocol and Netbios.
  44. The master needs to be logged in first.  
  45. Modem and null modem features have also been added.  For best results, use 
  46. the null modem cable at a baud rate of 38400 (16550 uart required). We 
  47. recommend both players using Pentium based computers.  Only 9600 baud rate 
  48. can be selected when using the phone lines, but you can force 
  49. the modem to a higher rate.  For modem play, it is highly recommended you
  50. turn off music. If it takes too long to connect or pauses during game play,
  51. try a different Init string.

  53.         Multi-Player Death Match

  55. Death Match allows 2 or more players to go head to head in a network or modem
  56. game without any computer opponents.

  61. Distance shading is now utilized in the high detail mode.

  70. 1)  Cybermaxx users should be able to initialize the headset while in Zephyr.

  72. 2)  In Multi-Player games, the Master should login before all slaves.
  73.     Try changing who the master is if you are having connection problems.

  75. 3)  If the game is not running smoothly, try turning off the sound or
  76.     play in low detail mode.
