  4. PROBLEMS FIXED

  7. Since the release of World Cup Golf a few problems have been reported.
  8.  
  9. (1) Problems with the SoundBlaster not being correctly setup have now been
  10.     fixed.
  11.  
  12. (2) Occasionally the program would lock on the Exit to Dos screen if the CD
  13.     audio started up.  This also occasionally occurs on other screens.  This 
  14.     has now been fixed for all occurances.
  15.  
  16. (3) If World Cup Golf was started with CD No. 2 in the drive it would fail
  17.     saying that "ACCENTS.BIN" could not be loaded.  This file is only needed
  18.     for the French/German versions and is no longer looked for on the English
  19.     version.  This means you can start World Cup Golf with either CD in the
  20.     drive.  The program will check which CD is currently in use.
  21.  
  22. (4) The ball occasionally appeared to hover before disappearing down the hole
  23.     on short putts.  This has been fixed.
  24.  
  25. (5) If you selected to play a skins tournament with a amateur player the auto
  26.     club select did not work.  This has now been fixed.
  27.  
  28. (6) If you altered the coutries playing in the World Cup Golf tournament they
  29.     would be reset when you went to select players for the tournament. This
  30.     has now been fixed.

  34. NEW FEATURES

  37. Since the release of World Cup Golf the following features have been added to
  38. the game.
  39.  
  40. (1) The flyby now shows the flight of your ball as it travels down the
  41.     fairway.
  42.  
  43. (2) Support for the Gravis Ultrasound has been added.  It must be setup using
  44.     the UPDATE program.  It requires the ULTRASND environment variable to be
  45.     setup correctly.  This is done by the Gravis installation program.
