  6. "error ept0015: Old File does not exist" or
  7. "error ept0036: Old File not found. However, a file of the same name was
  8.                      found. No update was done since file contents do not match."
  9.     Causes:
  10.         The patch files are not in the proper directory.
  11.         You are using the wrong patch for your software.
  12.         You do not have all of the files that need to be patched (re-install
  13.         the software).
  14.         Your software has been modified (re-install the software).

  16. "Error in config file."
  17.     Causes:
  18.         The file "patch.cfg" has been modified or is corrupt. If
  19.         this happens, re-install the patch software into the correct
  20.         directory.

  26.     will not be able to upgrade your software.
