  1.         TIE-Fighter Sound Patch

  3.         This patch was designed to correct the hanging notes 
  4.         that can sometimes occur when using GMIDI or Roland
  5.         music in TIE-Fighter.
  6.  
  7.         It also features direct support for the Ensoniq
  8.         SoundScape audio card.  To select this, run setmuse
  9.         and select "Express Setup".
  10.  
  11.         This patch will also allow Pro Audio Spectrum users to use
  12.         the 16-bit high DMA setting of their card.

  15.         The INSTALL.BAT file will look for your TIE directory at the 
  16.         C:\TIE prompt.  If you have installed the game to another 
  17.         directory, simply copy the 5 files to the directory where
  18.         the game is located.
