  2. Read Me for the HIVE_101.ZIP file: 11/27/95

  4. By popular demand, here it is...a build of The Hive's
  5. executable that supports an "easy" level of difficulty.
  6.  
  7. Usage Instructions:
  8. 1) Unzip the contents of HIVE_101.ZIP
  9.  
  10. 2) Copy the two .exe files (HIVEPLYR.EXE & HIVEUI.EXE)
  11.    into the directory where you installed the Hive. The
  12.    default would have been C:\HIVE.
  13.  
  14. 3) Start the game normally.
  15.  
  16. 4) You now have a new level of difficulty switch: "Easy".
  17.  
  18. 5) Off you go...
  19.  
  20. Keep in mind, this new switch doesn't make the game a gift
  21. by any means. It might better be labeled: easier. The enemies
  22. all attack you with the same ferocity as "normal", but your
  23. health bar repair rate is higher.
