  1. Compatibility Issues
  2. --------------------
  3. There are some CD-ROM drives that may experience difficulty running AEGIS. When
  4. using the Electronic Book you might experience a problem that will cause AEGIS
  5. to exit to DOS. If so, you will receive the following messages:
  6.  
  7. Sound Driver Unloaded
  8. Sound Driver Unloaded
  9. CD ERROR: CD Drive not ready!
  10.  
  11. If this occurs, you will need to do the following:  
  12.   1) REBOOT THE COMPUTER.
  13.   2) Change to drive which contains the update files.       (i.e. A:[Enter])
  14.   3) Run UPDATE [drive letter]:.                     (i.e. UPDATE C:[Enter])
  15.        The drive letter is where the AEGIS files are located on the hard disk. 
  16.        Remember to put a colon after the drive letter.

  18. You will see a message that the AEGIS files have been successfully updated. If
  19. not, please contact Aegis technical support.
