  14.                TRIAL USE (SHAREWARE EVALUATION VERSION) WARRANTY:

  16.        The Shareware evaluation (trial use) version is provided AS IS.
  17.        The Software Division MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR
  18.        IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTIES OF
  19.        MERCHANTABILITY AND/OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  22.                        REGISTERED VERSION ONLY WARRANTY:

  24.        The Software Division warrants the physical diskette(s) provided
  25.        with registered versions to be free of defects in materials and
  26.        workmanship for a period of sixty days from the date of
  27.        registration.  If The Software Division receives notification
  28.        within the warranty period of defects in materials or
  29.        workmanship, and such notification is determined by The Software
  30.        Division to be correct, The Software Division will replace the
  31.        defective diskette(s).

  33.        The entire and exclusive liability and remedy for breach of this
  34.        Limited Warranty shall be limited to replacement of defective
  35.        diskette(s) and shall not include or extend to any claim for or
  36.        right to recover any other damages, including but not limited to,
  37.        loss of profit, data, or use of the software, or special,
  38.        incidental, or consequential damages or other similar  claims,
  39.        even if The Software Division has been specifically advised of
  40.        the possibility of such damages.  In no event will The Software
  41.        Division's liability for any damages to you or any other person
  42.        ever exceed the lower of suggested list price or actual price
  43.        paid for the license to use the software, regardless of any form
  44.        of the claim.

  46.        The Software Division SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER
  47.        WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY
