  1. Pineapple Cheese Ball

  3.    2 - 8 oz. packages cream cheese
  4.    1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained
  5.    1 to 2 tablespoon mayonnaise, or Miracle Whip
  6.    1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  7.    green pepper, to taste, chopped fine
  8.    1/3 cup chopped onion
  9.    1/3 cup pimentos
  10.    chopped pecans
  11.  
  12.    Combine all ingredients, except the pecans.  Shape into a ball, 
  13. and roll into the chopped pecans.
