AutoExit Millennium is an application which shuts down your computer automatically at a specified time. You can choose between Shutdown, Reboot or Logoff options. There is an option to intercept a system shutdown, so when you shutdown via the Start-Menu, and AutoExit Millennium is not timed then it will seek confirmation. Other features include: a hibernate option, a "Lock workstation" command, date/time/frequency shutdowns, remote shut down, and a timed shut down dialog.
