- Correct Grammar, you should use it to look at the document
- listed for important tips.

- WordPerfect for Windows INSTALCG.WP

- To use Correct Grammar with other Windows applications, just do the following:

- 1. Select the text you want to check with the mouse.

- 2. Use the Edit / Copy command to copy it to the clipboard.

- 3. Bring up Correct Grammar from the System menu by clicking on the upper left
- hand corner box or pressing Alt-spacebar. Then choose Correct Grammar.

- If you don't see Correct Grammar in the system menu, then find it on your desktop
- and double-click on it.

- 4. Go through the text and make whatever modifications Correct Grammar is suggesting.
- At the end, when asked, put the modifications on the Clipboard.

- 5. Back in your application, check that your selection is still active, and make the
- selection again if you accidentally erased it. Then choose Edit / Paste to make the
- changes in your document.

- WARNING: For applications other than Word, Ami, PageMaker, Legacy and, in the future,
- Word Perfect for Windows, you will lose font and emphasis.
