  18.               Please keep in mind CCED ver. 3.0 had made nearly 30
  19.           improvements over its precedor ver. 2.0 ,the new version,
  20.           CCED4.0 is completed prgrammed with C  language,  it  is
  21.           much more advantageous over version 3.0 in many aspects,
  22.           such as processing  large  files,editing  several  files
  23.           simultaneously,multiply-column  settyping.  It  supports
  24.           direct screen-filling, pull-down menu, multiply  windows
  25.           and Chinese / English switching.
