  6.         If you are using TMES at work then there is a registration fee
  7.         which will register your entire company for TMES use ON EVERY
  8.         MACHINE FOR ONE LOW PRICE.  The registration fee for corporations,
  9.         businesses, schools, universities, hospitals, and all Local,
  10.         State, and Federal Government institutions is only $50.
  11.  
  12.         Print and Fill out this registration form and send it with
  13.         your company's check or PURCHASE ORDER for $50.  
  14.         
  15.         I will send you the latest version and your SITE LICENSE signed.
  16.         I will send it on a 3.5 inch diskette if you don't state otherwise.

  18.         A SITE LICENSE enables you to use TMES on any and all
  19.         computers that you want to use it on - at your business
  20.         address on the Business Check or Purchase Order.  I will keep
  21.         the name of the individual at the company which will be given
  22.         support by CIS, or by US post office mail (aka letters).  I
  23.         cannot provide telephone support because I have a normal,
  24.         regular "8 am to 5 pm" programming job myself.

  30.         If your company prefers to use PURCHASE ORDERS, you can send
  31.         me one and I will send you a new version on disk, but without the 
  32.         signed agreement for the site license.  When your Accounts Payable
  33.         department sends me the check, I'll remit your license that makes
  34.         it all legal.  If you have other special arrangements, write
  35.         to me and we'll figure it out.  I'll be happy to work with you.
