  163. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
  164. Shipping is via US air mail, which takes about a week.  Shipment
  165. will commence when clear funds are received.  Since it is shipped
  166. out of state, we charge no taxes.  We are not aware of any duty
  167. or taxes payable by you upon receipt.  If you wish expedited
  168. courier service (UPS "RED".  1-2 days), the cost is actual
  169. charges plus $7.  This is usually around $60 for a 2 pound (1 kg)
  170. package.

  172. Our terms on all ex-USA orders are prepaid via Credit Card (Visa,
  173. MasterCard, Discover, AMEX), or check drawn on a USA bank payable
  174. (must have 9 digit Federal Reserve routing number, in MICR font
  175. with magnetic ink on the bottom of the check) through the New
  176. York Clearinghouse (not a bank).  Please note:  Credit card
  177. payments are preferred.

  179. If you use your credit card, we require the account number, the
  180. expiration date, the name exactly as it appears on the card,
  181. cardholder's signature, the billing address for the card, and if
  182. possible, a photocopy of same.
