  1. The following changes were made from version 1.1 to version 1.2:

  3. - Logic determining whether to include or exclude a line was corrected.  In
  4.   version 1.1, a line might be included or excluded incorrectly.
  5.  
  6. - Commas are removed from numbers if they are output as numeric fields.  In
  7.   version 1.1, a numeric field that had commas in the input file would be output
  8.   with commas to the output file, resulting in extra fields in the output file.
  9.  
  10. - Two new parameters are supported in the [Settings] section of the config
  11.   file: StringDelimiter and FieldDelimiter.  These parameters give the user
  12.   more flexibility in the format of the output file.
