  10. TOOLHELP.DLL    - MicroSoft's ToolHelp DLL for Windows
  11. WINDSOCK.HLP    - WindSock 3.10 Help File
  12. WINDSOCK.EXE    - WindSock 3.10 Program

  14. In order to install WindSock 3.10:
  15.  
  16. 1) Check to see if you already have a TOOLHELP.DLL in your Windows
  17.    directory. If you do, check it's date stamp. If it is older than
  18.    the TOOLHELP.DLL included in this package, replace it with this
  19.    one, otherwise leave it.
  20.  
  21. 2) Copy the WINDSOCK.EXE and WINDSOCK.HLP files to a directory on
  22.    your hard disk. The windows directory is OK.
  23.  
  24. 3) Use File...New in the program manager to add the WINDSOCK.EXE to
  25.    one of your program groups.
