  9.  your hard disk. Read the README files -- they contain important 
  10.  information about the CorelSCSI device driver and the products it
  11.  supports.

  17.  The following SCSI interface card ASPI managers are provided on
  18.  your installation diskette and are automatically added to your 
  19.  CONFIG.SYS during the installation:

  35.  If you're using a SCSI interface that requires an ASPI manager
  36.  not provided on this diskette, you must install the ASPI manager 
  37.  provided with your SCSI card before installing CorelSCSI; for 
  38.  example, ASPI4DOS.SYS is the ASPI manager required for an Adaptec
  39.  1540 card.

  41.  To load the ASPI manager in your CONFIG.SYS file
  42.  
  43.  1. Copy the ASPI Manager from the diskette provided with the
  44.     SCSI card to your hard drive.
  45.  
  46.  2. Add the device driver line to the CONFIG.SYS file. For example,
  47.     if you're using an Adaptec card and the ASPI manager located in
  48.     the root directory of drive C:, the device driver line in your 
  49.     CONFIG.SYS would look like this:

  51.          DEVICE=C:\ASPI4DOS.SYS
  52.  
  53.  3. Reboot the system before you start the CorelSCSI installation.
  54.     While the system is rebooting, you should look for status 
  55.     messages from the ASPI manager. If the status indicates 
  56.     unsuccessful installation, the CorelSCSI device driver won't 
  57.     function.
