- *GENERAL HELP
-
- ABOUT THIS VERSION (V3.57) ...
- - Add PEEL22CV10A+ APEEL and programming support.
- - Fix PEEL22CV10A programming bug.
- - Add Test Vector enable/disable switch (Setup Menu). Note: The test
- vector failures for the high speed PEEL devices may be due to noise.
-
- THE "MAIN MENU"
- Once the PEEL Development Software is booted-up, the first screen to
- appear (after the initialization and sign-on messages) will be the
- "Main Menu". This main menu is divided into three sections:
- DEVICE: controls operations such as Program, Load, Verify, Test, and
- other Auxiliary commands. These commands pertain to the device
- programmer module and are only available in the PEEL Development
- System.
- JEDEC FILE: controls operations such as Read from disk, Write to disk,
- COM transmit/receive, Display/print, Translate and Check sum.
- UTILITIES: includes Help, Setup, File, Edit, VT Emulator, DOS Command,
- and Quit to DOS.
-
- More on the "MAIN MENU" (Next Page)
-
-
- COMMAND SELECTION
- To select a command from the main menu, simply press the capital letter
- that corresponds to its adjacent command word. Some commands will have
- secondary command menus which must be followed to complete the original
- command.
-
- EXITING AND RE-ENTERING THE SOFTWARE
- Exiting the PEEL Development Software is done from the main menu by
- pressing "Q" for "Quit to DOS". Doing this will cause a prompt to appear
- asking you to confirm your wish to quit. If confirmed, the software will
- exit and the DOS prompt will appear.
-
- To re-enter the software from DOS, simply type "PEEL" followed by the
- ENTER key. Pressing the ENTER key twice will allow you to bypass the
- boot-up messages. If you move the software to another computer, you must
- re-initialize the software again.
