- ** Help file CURSOR.HLP - locating and deleting atoms
-
- In the cursor mode, option [L], a blinking cursor identifies atoms by number
- and allows you to delete or restore them individually. Move the cursor with
- the up and down arrows; turning on the NUM LOCK changes the increment to 10
- atoms. HOME resets the atom number to 1
-
- Three numbers in the upper left corner of the screen identify the atom on
- which the cursor rests:
-
- (atom number) (plot code) (atom type)
-
- The atom number correlates with that in the complete printout, option [J] or
- [L.6]. It is not usually necessary to use the complete printout to identify
- atoms for deletion, but the atom type can be very useful when atoms are
- partially superimposed.
