  1. The first step is to edit the present geometry so the
  2. two angled lines can be created.

  4. All of the EDIT, TRM/EXT options that have been introduced 
  5. up to this point required limiting or reference entities.
  6. Because there are no lines that intersect the entities you
  7. need to trim, you will use the POSITN option.
  8.  
  9. This option allows you to reference a location using any 
  10. of the powerful Position Menu options. In this situation, 
  11. you use the CENTER option to indicate the center of the 
  12. line. Then, when trimming the second line, you can 
  13. reference the newly-created endpoint of the first line as 
  14. the trimming location using the ENDENT option.
  15.
