  1. SELECT allows you to designate displayed entities for
  2. removal.
  3.  
  4. Single entities can be deleted using the Immediate Mode
  5. command assigned for single entity deletion.
  6.  
  7. Designate the entities for deletion by choosing from the
  8. following Selection Menu options:
  9.  
  10. SINGLE -  to indicate the entity you want to delete. 
  11. This option is also available as an Immediate Mode command.
  12.  
  13. CHAIN - to indicate a series of connected curve entities 
  14. for deletion by selecting start and end entities.
  15.  
  16. WINDOW - to specify entities using a window. The cursor is
  17. used to indicate the opposite corners of the window with 
  18. a rubberbox.  
  19.  
  20. POLYGON - to specify entities using a closed broken line
  21. segment. The cursor is used to specify the vertices of the
  22. polygon.
  23.  
  24. GROUP - to delete a collection of entities by entering a
  25. group name or selecting an entity in the group.
  26.  
  27. PLANE - to delete entities by defining a plane.
  28.  
  29. ALL DSP - to delete everything that appears on the screen 
  30. as indicated (i.e., ALL, BY TYPE, EX TYPE).
