  1. RESIZE allows you to change the size of a viewport.
  2.  
  3. Because overlapping viewports are not allowed, you may 
  4. need to delete a viewport that would get in the way of the
  5. viewport you want to expand.
  6.  
  7. To resize a viewport, indicate a corner of the viewport 
  8. you want to change. Increase or decrease the viewport size 
  9. by moving the cursor in a horizontal or vertical 
  10. direction.
  11.  
  12. When the size of the viewport is adjusted, press the 
  13. cursor button. If a resized viewport overlaps an existing 
  14. one, the function is disabled.
