  5. 3 PTS    - defines a plane using three points in space.

  7. PT/LINE  - defines a plane using a point (or position) 
  8.           in space and a line entity.

  10. 2 LINES  - defines a plane using the endpoints of two 
  11.           lines and their 3D intersection.
  12.  
  13. VW/DEPTH - defines a plane using a specified view and 
  14.            depth.
  15.  
  16. ENTITY   - defines the plane by selecting a 2D entity.
