  1. There are two Position Menu options which allow you to
  2. place your entities using a reference position. They are:
  3.  
  4. POLAR - allows you to position an entity at an indicated 
  5.         distance and angle from the reference point.
  6.  
  7. DELTA - allows you to position an entity at a specified 
  8.         distance from a reference point.
  9.  
  10. After you have chosen one of these options, the Position 
  11. Menu is redisplayed for you to indicate the reference
  12. point. When it is redisplayed, both the POLAR and DELTA 
  13. options are deleted because these are not valid methods
  14. for indicating the reference point.
