  5. Using the cursor, select each area of the display to get
  6. detailed information about its functions.

  8. This is the System Mode Indicator, which changes to show 
  9. when a MACRO or CADL program is running.
  10.   
  11. This is the Menu Options Window which displays menus and 
  12. icons. Options can be chosen with the cursor or the 
  13. function keys.
  14. This is the Break Function Window that has the functions 
  15. that allow you exit from any command. These options are:
  16. ESCAPE, BACK-UP, and EXIT.     
  17. The Status Window shows a revolving stack of windows with 
  18. information about the displayed part.

  20. The Cursor Tracking Window gives the position of the 
  21. cursor in world or view coordinates.
  22.    
  23. The Prompt Line gives instructions according to the 
  24. options chosen or directs you to enter specific values.
  25.  
  26. The History Line displays the menu options as you choose
  27. them. It also displays functions that are accessed through
  28. other means (such as the Status Window).
  29. The Viewport is CADKEY's drawing area in which you build
  30. your part.

  36. Cursor Style.

  38. Cross hair: This cursor style is used to show where the
  39. user is in the Viewport.

  41. Inverse Video: This cursor style is used as a method of 
  42. selecting menu options in the Main Menu, Break Function
  43. Window and the Status Display Window.
  44. Arrow: This cursor style is used to select menu options
  45. and icons from pull-down menus.

  47. Inactive: This cursor style is automatically displayed          
  48. when the cursor is brought into an inactive area of the 
  49. CADKEY interface.
