  1. UNITS allows you to specify scaling units for dimensioning
  2. other than the units used in the construction of the part
  3. itself.

  5. The construction unit switch indicates whether working
  6. units (for geometric construction and so forth) are
  7. interpreted as inches, millimeters, feet, centimeters,
  8. yards, or meters when displaying viewing scales, creating
  9. plot files, and working in conjunction with the UNITS
  10. function. When an option is selected, the unit of
  11. measurement designated is applied as a scale to all
  12. dimensioning thereafter. All previous dimensioning remains
  13. the same.

  15. Assign a unit by choosing from the following options:

  17. INCH  - to assign inches as the scaling unit
  18. MM    - to assign millimeters as the scaling unit
  19. FEET  - to assign feet as the scaling unit
  20. CM    - to assign centimeters as the scaling unit
  21. YARD  - to assign yards as the scaling unit
  22. METER - to assign meters as the scaling unit
  23. USER  - to enter your own scale factor for the current 
  24.         part

  26. USER lets you enter a custom scale factor for the current
  27. part units. Enter a new value, or press <Enter> to accept
  28. the default scale factor. CADKEY multiplies the new value 
  29. by the dimension unit value and displays it as the new
  30. dimension.
