  1. SHRT RD allows you to create radius or diameter dimensions
  2. with shortened solid leader lines. To use this option, you
  3. MUST use SET, LDR, SOLID and SET, STANDRD, DIM ALN to YES
  4. before doing the dimensioning.

  6. Indicate whether or not you want to use shorten
  7. radius/diameter dimension leader lines by choosing from
  8. the following options:
  9.  
  10. NO  - to return to the previous menu with the standard
  11.       radius and diameter functions in effect.
  12.  
  13. YES - to indicate that you want to create radius or 
  14.       diameter dimensions with shortened solid leader 
  15.       lines.
  16.  
  17. Dimension the radius or diameter of the desired entity.
  18.  
  19. Select the arc to be dimensioned; this is the position 
  20. that the leader line will extend to from the dimension
  21. text.
  22.  
  23. Indicate the position of the dimension text. The text is
  24. positioned as indicated with the leader line extending 
  25. from under the dimension text to the edge of the entity.
