  1. NOT ANG (Note at an angle) allows you to place text at a
  2. specified angle on the screen. The note is rotated about
  3. the current alignment point of the text. Initially, all
  4. text is assigned a rotation angle of 0 (zero), and is
  5. horizontal left to right.

  7. The RT: parameter in the Status Window can also be used to
  8. alter this setting.

  10. Enter a note angle rotation value (in degrees).

  12. From this point on all text is displayed at the assigned
  13. angle.

  15. To change existing text to this angle, use the CHANGE 
  16. and/or UPDATE option.
