  2. (note entities only). All angles are measured counter-
  3. clockwise from the positive x axis.

  5. Enter a note angle value (in degrees) and press <Enter>.

  7. You can continue using the TXT ATT menu to choose other
  8. attributes to change. If this is the last, or only
  9. attribute that you want to change, choose DONE from the 
  10. TXT ATT menu.

  12. When you choose the DONE option, the Selection Menu
  13. appears. Choose a method of selection and if prompted,
  14. indicate the viewport that contains the text that you want
  15. to alter.
