  1. MODIFY lets you change a drawing instance's drawing scale,
  2. rotation angle, location, view, lets you blank and unblank
  3. entities, and change the levels visible in an instance.

  5. SCALE   - lets you change the drawing scale of individual
  6.           drawing instances in a layout by entering a new
  7.           scale value.
  8.  
  9. ROTATE  - changes an instance's rotation angle by letting
  10.           you enter a new value.
  11.  
  12. LOCATE  - changes the location of an instance in the
  13.           drawing layout. 
  14.  
  15. VIEW    - changes an instance's display view by letting
  16.           you choose a new view from a pop-up window.
  17.  
  18. BLANK   - lets you blank, or hide, instance-specific 
  19.           entities in a drawing instance.
  20.  
  21. UNBLANK - redisplays the entities you hid using BLANK.
  22.  
  23. LEVEL   - lets you turn levels on and off in any of a 
  24.           layout's drawing instances.
